Process Safety Management: MII will assist the client with the implementation of the overall management system and/or subsystems covered under Federal OSHA-Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals Standard, 29 CFR 1910.119. In addition, MII expertise includes: Process Safety Information (PSI) documentation assistance, facilitating Process Hazard Analysis via Hazard & Operability (HAZOP) methodology, creating Standard Operating Procedures, conducting Pre-Startup Safety Audits, assisting with Management of Change reviews and leading PSM compliance audits. MII will also assist the client with managing the resolution of complex action items produced by, PSM Compliance Audits and by HAZOP studies. PSI support includes the auditing of chemical processes to produce P&ID “as-builds” and to audit the testing documentation of primary and secondary safety systems. home
